PRINCIPAL  ACCOUNTABILITIES

• System Integration & Development.
• Business study and user requirement gathering.
• Responsible for reviewing and analysing existing system / reports, including SAP Business One, I-Beauty Salon System, middleware and etc. to identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes.
• Responsible for writing specification / documentation to describe custom configuration of system and operating procedures to liaison with internal programmer or 3rd party development consultants.
• Prepare user manual, provide training and implementation support.
• Serves as primary point of contact / support for regional countries’ SAP Business One.
• Verify database, system and report integrity.
• Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports for Finance, Marketing & Sales departments
• Participate in I.T. Project Management.

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT

• Requires strong business and analytical skills
• Experience in programming tools, such as VBA, Crystal Report, JAVA & SQL.
• Strong knowledge of open source database, such as Postgre and MS. SQL running on Linux operating system.
• Understand and experienced the entire System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Business Information System.
• Minimum 3 years working experiences on system design and development.
• Must have experience in leading software development project
• Good technical knowledge and business oriented.
• Experience in retail industry will be an added advantage.
